Every vehicle sold through Japanese auctions comes with a detailed auction sheet, including a condition grade (typically 3 to 5, with 5 being closest to new), interior/exterior notes, and accident history. We walk you through these sheets in plain language so you know exactly what you’re buying before you commit — no surprises on arrival.
Once you’ve chosen a vehicle, we provide a full cost breakdown — purchase price, our service fee, inland transport in Japan, and shipping to your destination port. Everything is transparent from the start, so you can budget with confidence.
Payment is handled through secure Bank Telegraphic Transfer (TT), the standard for international vehicle trade. We provide official banking details and a clear payment timeline, and we keep you updated at every stage so you always know where your funds and your vehicle stand.
Before shipping, the vehicle undergoes final inspection and all export documentation is prepared, including the export certificate and de-registration paperwork required by Japanese authorities. This is also when auto parts orders, if any, are consolidated with your shipment.
Depending on the vehicle and destination, we arrange shipment via container or RoRo (Roll-on/Roll-off) vessel to ports worldwide. You’ll receive tracking details and an estimated arrival window, so you can plan customs clearance on your end.
Once your vehicle reaches port, our documentation package supports a smooth customs clearance process. From there, it’s yours to register and drive.
