Global Wheels Japan Corp is a Japan-based exporter of used vehicles, commercial trucks and buses, construction machinery, and genuine auto parts, serving customers worldwide.

2. Products & Quotations

All vehicles, machinery, and parts are subject to availability. Quotations are based on the information available at the time and may be revised if the specific unit is sold or its condition changes prior to payment confirmation.

3. Vehicle & Equipment Condition

All items offered are used and sold on an “as-is” basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. We describe condition, mileage, and specifications to the best of our knowledge based on inspection, but minor variations consistent with the age and use of the item should be expected.

4. Payment Terms

We accept payment exclusively via Bank Telegraphic Transfer (TT). Orders are confirmed and processed only after full or agreed partial payment is received in our designated bank account, as specified in your invoice. Buyers are responsible for any bank charges incurred in sending payment.

5. Order Confirmation & Changes

An order is confirmed once payment is received and acknowledged by us in writing. Requests to change a confirmed order are subject to availability and may affect pricing or shipping schedules.

6. Export & Import Compliance

Buyers are responsible for confirming that the vehicle, truck, bus, machinery, or parts they order comply with the import regulations, age restrictions, emissions standards, and duties applicable in their destination country. We recommend verifying these requirements with local customs authorities before placing an order.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is arranged according to our Shipping Policy. Estimated shipping timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as they depend on vessel schedules, port conditions, and customs processing beyond our control.

8. Risk & Title Transfer

Risk in the goods transfers to the buyer once the item is loaded for shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Title transfers upon full payment.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Global Wheels Japan Corp or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability
